These Data are strictly required for supporting RESTORE.
By submitting the Support registration form, User formally agrees with RESTORE’s terms of use and privacy policy.
Data sharing
RESTORE will use User’s Data exclusively for RESTORE.
RESTORE handles User’s Data on electronic documents as well as on printed graphic material.
RESTORE will protect User’s Data with standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction.

RESTORE will not share User’s Data with any other organization except RESTORE partnership.
RESTORE invites User to verify the relevant third parties (partners) Privacy Policy.
In any case, the Data sharing is never to be intended with profiling or marketing purposes.

Depending on the User’s location, Data transfers may involve transferring of them to a country other than their own. The transfer will be managed by web service.
Retention time
Due to the nature of European Project events, User’s Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Furthermore, RESTORE may be obliged to retain User’s Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

In any moment User is entitled to view all its collected Data or request for amendment.
User has also the right to request partial or full deletion of its Data.
